HigherUSA (also trading as Unique Services and Applications) is a family-owned business at 255 Baldwin Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15207, United States. We sell flags, flagpoles and related products through this website, and we provide flagpole, steeple, dome, roofing and high-structure services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through higherusa.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy applies only to higherusa.com. It does not apply to any other website, including any site operated by a third party at a similar domain name.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Order and account information: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your order.
Account credentials if you create an account, including a password stored in encrypted form.
Service enquiries: details you send us about a flagpole, steeple, dome, roof or structure, including the site address and any photographs or descriptions you provide.

Payment processors — PayPal, Authorize.Net and Intuit QuickBooks Payments — process payments and handle fraud screening. Their own privacy policies govern their use of your data.
Analytics providers — we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage.
Security and anti-spam — we use Google reCAPTCHA on our account registration, contact and newsletter forms to distinguish people from automated abuse. Its use is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.
Infrastructure providers — our hosting and content delivery providers, including Cloudflare, process traffic on our behalf to deliver and protect the site.
Professional advisers and authorities — where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Account information is kept while your account remains open. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up work.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site and restricted access to order data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
